Dingrui Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary under the control of ZYNP Corporation, is a high-tech enterprise boasting independent capabilities in design, research and development, production, sales, and technical services. We have earned recognition as the Henan Province Superhard Materials Cutting Abrasives and Cutting Tools Engineering Technology Research Center. Our management systems are certified under ISO19001:2015 for quality management and GB/T29490-2013 for intellectual property management. Additionally, our “diamond honing stick and its manufacturing process” have been recognized as scientific and technological achievements by the Henan Provincial Department of Science and Technology, earning a certificate of scientific achievement. We hold multiple patents for honing sticks and CBN cutting tools authorized by the China National Intellectual Property Administration.

We specialize in the design, development, and manufacturing of CBN cutting tools (including PCBN and PCD cutting tools), honing sticks (including diamond, CBN, and resin varieties), honing heads, counterbores, CNC cutter arbors, and various other tooling products. We specialize in engine cylinder liners and industry-specific honing sticks that utilize diamond and CBN (Cubic Boron Nitride) abrasive grains and other abrasive products for grinding. This technology encompasses the cutting-edge field of plateau honing cross hatch patterns in engine cylinder liners, offering innovative solutions for these applications. Our products have been successfully implemented in various domains, including plateau honing for Euro VI engine cylinder liners, motorcycle engine cylinder liners, and aluminum-based cylinder blocks. We provide an R&D platform for plateau honing cross hatch technology to OEM engine companies, fostering technological advancements in the domestic engine manufacturing industry.

We pride ourselves on our highly capable, technically proficient, and experienced research and development team, which includes over 20 professionals holding mid to senior-level technical titles. Leveraging the resource advantages of ZYNP Corporation’s testing center, we possess extensive capabilities in cutting tools and honing sticks electron microscopy test, and coating analysis. In collaboration with the Henan University of Technology’s School of Materials Science and Engineering, we have established the “Henan Province High-End Cutting Tools and Honing Sticks R&D Center.” Our focus is on the innovation of honing sticks, and new materials and new technologies of high-end abrasive tools and cutting tools, continually exploring to provide our clients with personalized, reliable products, and technical services.
